Booking, Cancellation and Alteration Policy


Tickets are to be paid for at time of booking or you can pay into bank account (available on request) with reference given.
Catch A Bus South is also available on Bill Pay.
We are now able to accept Visa Debit/Credit and MasterCard payments.
There is a $3.50 transaction fee for all transactions. (If you buy 2 or more tickets in the same transaction you will only be charged 1 transaction fee).

Unaccompanied children:

Unaccompanied children must be 5 years of age or older. If the company has agreed to carry the child, then the policy is "ALL CARE & NO RESPONSIBILITY" for all children travelling under the age of 14. An adult must be present to put the child on the bus and an adult must be waiting at collection point at least 10 minutes prior to arrival. Contact phone numbers must be given for both origin and destination at time of booking.

Return Fares:

From 1 April 2017, there is no discount for return fares. Please check cancellations below.

Flexible Fares:

Standard Fares are flexible and may be altered (an alteration fee may apply).
Events and Specials are not flexible and not refundable.


Alterations made the day before or the day of travel will incur a $5.00 charge.
Alterations made within 1 hour of travel may not be accepted.

If destination changes after ticket issued, there is no reduction in fare.
If new destination is further, the difference in fare will be payable.
An alteration fee of $5.00 may apply (see above).


Up until Midnight 2 days prior to travel, full refund (excluding transaction fee).

Between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. day prior to travel 50% refund (excluding transaction fee).

Late cancellation: after 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to travel, no refund.

Return part of return fare is not refundable once first trip has commenced although alteration
to date and time will be accepted (an alteration fee may apply).
(A return fare may be altered for either or both parts)

If driver calls to collect passengers and they are not there this is classed as a No Show.
No refund is due.
